today me,tiong and bao slept till 9am

lols

quite hilarious

had to wake them up

cuz they had an exam at 1 to take

so i decided to wake tiong up first cuz i didnt know how to wake bao up sicne she wun respond to me

tiong was quite ok

tapped him 10 times before he responded.

easier then calling via phone

then bao woke up on her own

but the hilarious thing was her mouth was open SOOO BIG when she was slping

i bet she dun even noe if a cockroach or a lizard went in

haahah

even my mum said it was opened real big!

hahaha

went with them to sch

cuz it was on the way to my optician

had lunch near the optician shop

the yong tau foo there was quite nice

though its a bit ex..

but its nice

unique too

thank God the optician could repair my specs

the flaw was found in the spectacle box

cuz my nose bridge was pretty flat

so they adjusted it

as a result it couldnt fit into the box and caused the specs to be slanted and bent

so they readjusted it for me and gt me a new box

now my specs feel much btr!

went off to meet mum at Robinson Sale at Expo

bought many many things

mostly mine

lol.

like an early christmas shopping

bot 5 shirts, a pants and a bag for me

mum bot herself a shoe

sis gt a blouse

went home to slackkkk till now

oh man..

of cuz running with a ball is slightly different from running a 10k run

10k run can pace

but soccer match cant pace!!

went home to watch F1

saw a renault crash

then saw the stupid Felipe Massa incident

which was really a joke of the ferrari's mechanical team

the entire fuel pump went off with Massa's car

and injured 1 mechanic

and caused massa to drop from first to last

wow

Alonso. from 15 to 1st

GP, Econs down

first 2 papers down

relieved

GP and econs

GP started out quite ok

did the question "Uniquely singapore. To what extent has Singapore lived up to this?"

chose this question cuz the recent essay report mr choong returned was on a similar question..and so i decided to shoot the same things back

almost around the same

but still..i'm just hoping to pass!

don't really ask for a lot

haha

then compre

had 40 mins for AQ

which was pretty good i guessed

wrote pretty alot for it

just hope it turns out fine!

came home and watched several shows while studied physics

the first show: FINAL EPISODE OF LOVE IS ALL AROUND

good griefs

so jiawei and kaiqi fell into the sea

kaiqi died

but the baby survived

jiawei was in a coma for 6 months

xiao yue took care of him faithfully for those 6 months

when jiawei woke up, xiao yue left to travel the world without any notice

mei mei and charles soon get married

they throw the bouquet

and their mum catch it

she gives it to jia wei and xiao yue

hoping that they can be tgt

but xiao yue rejects jiawei

and leave again

at a holiday resort where they first met, xiaoyue throws the wedding ring into the sea, hoping to forget jiawei

jiawei pops up suddenly and shouts not to throw

but xiaoyue already throw

jiawei is distraught and ask xiaoyue what he must do in order to earn forgiveness

xiaoyue demands jiawei find that missing ring

jiawei dives into the sea

and finds the ring

they become tgt

and thats THE END

oh man

i just hate singapore and malysia shows now

the show started out real real nice

showing how 2 ppl from different walks of life can be tgt

then the ending so abrupt

they nvr show them marry again, nvr show what happen btw xiao ai and yu fan..

so the picture in the opening songs were faked and a scam

the siblings nvr gt married at the smae time

the baby is just so cute

in both real life and on TV

today episode was pretty irritating

Alan invites Ai Hua for dinner

He prepares steak, candle light etc

Then when Ai Hua came over dressed to the nines, Alan received a call saying someone wants to meet him

His financial clients needs a favour from him

He runs away and sees June is waiting for him too

June confides in Alan and hugs Alan

Ai Hua sees it and sotrms off

June explains to Ai Hua

Ai Hua invites Alan to her house for dinner in order to patch up

Alan decides to go home to get a bottle of red wine to share with Ai hua

the client comes again and pours out more sorrow to Alan at his house

Ai hua comes over to see why Alan so long

at this moment, the client hugs Alan and the misunderstnading occurs all voer again

Third Drama: Police Training School

This is the best show watched today

HK shows rocks!

PTS rocks!

the plots in thoday dramas are simple and straight to the point

not like singapore shows beat ard the bush and smoke so much just to squeeze out that few episodes

in today show, it shows how Fiona and Bo Qiao work as a team in PTS

as Bo Qiao was pissed with Fiona in the last episode for using him to spite another guy, Fiona is desperate to make amends

But bo qiao is rejecting all advances

Fiona thus use mock police training scenarios to put her point across to Bo Qiao

She questions Bo Qiao as if she was questioning a criminal, asking questions like "why wouldnt you forgive me if you like me" instead of "Why did you commit the crime", or "Where were you at this date and time when I most needed you?"

quite hilarious to see them bicker

especially in a Police Training School

and the new generation of HK actors and actoresses seem pretty good for a start

i'll definitely be catching more of their shows

haha

i so cant wait for promos to end

its no fun

i wanna go back to secondary sch

i cant believe i used to say secondary sch is tough

no wonder every single senior says jc is tough

because it is.

i've seriously nvr been so freaked out by it

and i'm so determined to finish another 2 more chem chapters now before sleeping

even if i feel like..

then i'll finish the other 3 tml plus ECONS

omg..i must say ECONS actually made my day today

yes.

call me crazy

it actually MADE my day

i went for econs consultation with jeff and sean today

and i did several essay outlines for ms sue to go thru

you see..i've nvr ever gotten the essay rite since day 1

always never answer the question

and when today she said i was getting it..i was like over the moon

ahaha

of cuz it doesnt mean i sure pass..but at least i've got hope now!

hahaha

but other then that..nth else was fun today.

absolutely nothing

i cant wait for this time next week

i'll probably be hopping in my bed

hoping for night to end faster so i can go sch and take my last paper

i'm not in the best of moods today.

okay. maybe it didnt really show

ahah

but i'm disappointed that for the next one week, i prob have to endure the taunts of countless non-man utd fans

thats a result of a poor defensive showing by manutd last nite, against liverFOOLS

oh well, like what their name suggests, its still too early in the season to say liverpool are getting btr.

come on..those 2 goals were given to you by our kind defence for once

otherwise benitez is gna cry again if he lose to us for the 5th or 6th time in his tenure as liverfool manager

and Gillet, the liveprool owner who was in the stadium, would certainly get mobbed by lvierfool fans if they lost again

so man utd were doing u guys a great job

by letting u be happy for once

i mean...maybe these ppl need to learn some history

lets see..

the 2007-2008 season started very badly for MU

after playing the same number of games as now, and having to cope with ronaldo and rooney out with suspensions and injuries, we were on 5 points last season after 3 games, while chelsea,arsenal and liverpool were running away

this season, we are on 4 points after the same 3 games, and have to cope without ronaldo, nani (suspension) and several injuries too our midfield

and of cuz, the rest of the big 4 seem like running away

but last season, the moment ronaldo came back, BANG..we scored 20 goals in the next 6 matches, including a..6-0 trashing of NEWCASTLE

from there on, we nvr looked back, and secured our 17th EPL title

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY

we're in the same position, 1 point less then the same stage last yr

chelsea are 6 points clear of us

so are liverpool

and arsenal are on 9 pts

but then agian..CHELSEA beware

you are our next EPL opponent

and lets see..Ronaldo is coming back

and after the certain HAIRDRYER treatment from fergie to the entire man utd team, i'm not surprised if we bounce back in the next match and destroy your unbeaten home record

i mean..each time smth of this magnitude occur, FERGUSON becomes a dragon of fire

nt saying that we'll definitely win the EPL this season, but i think its not fair to write us off for now

after all, MU always leave it late to secure the title, in dramatic fashion

rather, i think liverfool should be worried at how berbatov, one who doesnt really have pace, managed to get the better of 2 liverfool defneders and made a nice cut back for tevez to score. in the third minute.

time will tell as to who are the evantual winners

as of yesterday, liverfool were smiling like fools

but when the season ends, i'll see if they can still smile =D

especially when a certain ronaldo comes back.

its a relatively early post

well

i gt a big shock today

i re-read my teacher's EoM email, and realised i am supposed to actually reduce the number of words!

omg..and EoM submission is in 2 days

GARH

ok. i'll be calm about this and start reducing them NOW..

i have to reduce it by 300 words

i'll ace my GP summary if i manage this feat.

ok.

so the scientists have successfully fired the first proton beam at avery low speed

they only fired smth like 9000 protons in a counter clockwise direction

they have yet to test out the clockwise direction

So Stephen Hawkings, the world's most well-known astrophysicist has backed the safety of the experiment

cool

It will apparently take 1 entire year for the experiment to go full force

the scientists feel that they need to slowly build up experience in handling the machine to avoid any accidents

hence, it will be at least another 12 more months before the speed in that thing goes to 99.99999999% of the speed of light, and heat the entire tunnel to 100 million times hotter then the sun

then there will be big bang 2

i've finally gotten another new skin

its nicer then the previous one

i seem to like black backgrounds

kinda cool

school today was pretty ok

for the first time, i slept in physics for 20 mins straight

the only redeeming point here is that i kinda gt the answers to the time trial that mr gohel was going thru correct

today at home, i was as usual reading news online

opened many tabs browsing

and this article caught my eye yet again

i think it was almost 4 months since the news caught my attention

HEADLINES: CERN TO ACTIVATE NEW ATOM SMASHER ON SEPTEMBER 11

Background info:

CERN is the European Organisation for Nuclear Research.

It is the world's largest particle physics laboratory.

It has spent the past 4 to 5 years building a 27km long underground tunnel that cuts the French and Swiss border four times.

This tunnel, is the place where the new atom smasher is located.

It is called the Large Hadron Collider, and has split the physics world into 2 segments.

Below are 10 facts that I think you should know about this potentially DANGEROUS physics experiment that ahs global effects

1) In each atom, there are PROTONS,NEUTRONS,ELECTRONS,QUARKS,GLUONS. Scientist believe there are even smaller particles that existed for a millionth of a second after the Big Bang, and are curious to find out what they are. This can help them to study further how the Universe is formed, including the roles of Dark Matter.

2) The LHC experiment when at full force will take one millionth of a second to be completed. This is because the protons beams would be beamed through the LHC at a speed slightly lower then the speed of light. However, tomorrow, only one beam in the counterclockwise direction would be beamed out at a low speed. Scientists feel that it would take several days to get the right precision.

3) When the atoms collide at the full speed, the force created would be massive enough to simulate conditions of a big bang, causing many unseen and mysterious stuffs to appear for a millionth of a second. 4 giant detectors would capture all this data and send it back to the CERN headquarters for Physicist to scan through and make discoveries.

4) These stuffs includes the possibilities of smaller particles then quarks, which existed for a short while only after the Big Bang, Dark Matter, Anti-Matter, New dimensions up to the possible 10th, and most interestingly, black holes.

5) Protestors of this experiment are worried about the possible effects of the black holes on Earth. Black Holes have gravitational fields of their own which can be strong enough to suck in the entire Earth in that one millionth of a second. While CERN have dismissed those theories, the fact that millions of small black holes could be produced are not to be taken lightly as several scientists puts it. It could accumulate and eventually be strong enough to destroy Earth.

6) Many are worried that playing with experiments of unproven stuffs are dangerous and should be left alone. Einstein law of relativity, and all other funny laws have not yet been proven, because they required the Big Bang existence. Hence, these theories are not proven yet essentially. Still, scientists are using these exact same unproven theories to create a machine prove the unproven theories. If one of the theories are essentially wrong, then everything would be a failure.

7) Even if the black hole does not occur, the chance of excess radiation is possible. It is essentially still risky.

8) Scientist hope to use such experiments to create conditions for a time machine in the future. They hope to be able to not only travel back to the past, but also communicate with people of the future. Would this go against the theory of time?

9) The LHC is built by over 10000 scientists around the world, and at a cost of 500 million US dollars.

10) Finally, the first beam should be produced soon.

These are just what several articles online ahs to say. But CERN has strongly refuted them all. However, I feel that all that sceptics have said will probably not come true. Its kinda wierd that if people can go to the past and future, where then does it put the soverignty of God? Its a warp sense of time. No wonder people say religion and science are enemies.

Still, I'm pretty curious about this experiment.

I mean, imagine a study on the tenth dimension.

Imagine Einstein proved wrong.

Imagine this.

All our physics concepts would be wrong!

If only the machine proves Einstein wrong.

That would be brilliant.

you know the spaceship NASA sent to Mars?

the Mars Landrover

yeayea

it took a random photo

and sent it over to NASA headquarters

and guess what?

when the picture was closely examined..it stunned them all

every single one

it was a picture that showed the possible existence of life out of earth

a picture that showed the Mars landrover was not alone

it was, the MARS MAN

while they cant confirm if its really alive, or just a stone formation,

certainly it has caused a lot of discussions in forums

to date, NASA has not yet commented on this startling find

i wonder how the first human being on Mars that NASA hopes to put soon will react when he sees that thing for real

i hope they put a camera around his neck and film the whole process

maybe they should try it out with a robot that is capable of walking in their next experiment

you know, walk around the planet

i'm good =)

but not good enough!!!!

thank gdness i jsut rmb no maths on mon. so the maths mon then do.

went to have lunch at tampines stadium Nikon Jap Restaurant.

mum suggested we go there for lunch with aunt steph and her

apparently she had a good lunch with auntie gwen the last time they were there

and she so wanted to bring us there

haha

it was not bad

quite affordable

and nice food

sushi plates at 99 cents regardless of oclor

but the highlight was certainly reserved for the end

its almost 2am

din do alot today man

at least i completed what i set out to do

went for SJSM Worship Fest today

went with the youth leaders

james deqi and daph din join though..

It was by a team from the UK led by Chris Bowater

so funneh

when we reached there

uncle steven saw his friend who asked him this question

"You brought your family?"

i was tickled by it cuz it was a family of 6 kids of which 4 are 17 and 2 are 18!

thats like..so tiring for the mum who has to give birth to 6 kids in 2 years

oh man

ahah

okay! digressed!

anyways

the worship fest was great, and could feel His presence

i also loved the western kind of preaching

you know..they talk..and slow down..then suddenly they say a lot of words in one breath

and loves to make alot more jokes

it seemed like i was still at Saddleback Church in Southern California whose Pastor Rick Warren preaches in about the same style too

we also saw several familiar faces

such as Bishop Rennis, Pastor Jimmy, Aunty Coco (Pastor Daven's wife) and her son Nick (If i don't remember wrongly. almost 8 years alrdy?)

after the worship fest, we went for supper

had fei fei wanton noodles

we went to the geylang branch

so funneh

me and alvin did smth funneh!

cuz uncle steven was looking for a slot to park the car

so he gt me,alvin and fiath to go and check to make sure the wanton store is somewhr near..

when we found the stall to be within walking distance, we called them

then we saw this car just leave from the parking slot near the stall

and i looked at alvin and faith and say

lets call uncle steven to come here park

so while alvin called, i stood on the slot

and saw car after car pass without stopping

ahaha

either they din want the slot, was too fast to slow down to park,or they saw me standing there like an idiot.

soon alvin joined me

and we were standing there waiting for uncle steven to come park

ahahahahha

i think faith cldnt believe it

the wanton noodle portion for 2.50 was seriously small

but enough for me

had dinner prior to it already

so it was kinda of a supper

the only thing is its super salty!

ahahah

and charmaine and sarah can really eat

and within a few hours of the takeover, they placed bids for Villa (40 million), Berbatov (34 million), Gomez (15 million), robinho (32.5 million) and Ruud Van Nistelrooy
The ruud van nistelrooy was silly money, they were just throwing money like no one business
robinho was kinda overpriced
although chelsea bid ard there as well
with rumours claiming that real nvr wanted to sell to chelsea, and when man city placed in a bid, they told robinho this :"Look, we'll nvr let you go to chelsea, but you can go to manchester as they''ve placed a bid for you."

i found out today through some articles that in Ireland, the police captured 5 aliens in 2004, and sent them to a secret alien camp called Camp Condon, where the aliens were burned to death

this sparked furious debates on whether aliens really exist in the world

Moreover, Apollo 11 crew in an after moon interview many years alter, all 3 astonauts reveal the sightings of ufo in space while they were in the spaceship
