hello!today was just one of those great daysit started out well, and the school day ended of well toopraise God!first lesson was maths tutorialwe received our certificates for Singapore Maths Olympiad (SMO) and Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC)I received a certificate of participation for SMOwhich was different from the previous yearsused to at least get an honourable mentionfailed to do so now..=(but for the AMCi received a certificate of distinctioni had 60 marksaccording to the certificate, that placed me in the top 23% of my level in Singaporeo.Oit be great if i see that on my alvl cert nxt yr though..next lesson was General PaperGP..i wasnt reallly sure abt itespecially after the test itself, i was wondering if i wrote the essay out of pointlooked at my Paper 1 resultsarh!!!28/50!!thought to myself "just 17 more marks for Paper 2 and i'll pass GP"Paper 2 came back..WHEE!!29.5/50that means i got a C gradewoohooThank God!my essay turned out quite good..although my OVs were not well defined and i forgot to include my stand -.-bt the teacher comments wrote that the whole essay was laregly confident and fluentso i guess that pulled up the marks=Dthen it was mathsok..after the exam i must admit i was really hoping to get my first A of JC lifebt it wasnt to bemissed out by a slight 2 markshaizB gradebut still..it should still get me promoted so i'll just try harder next yr for my first Afinal results?General Paper H1 C 57.5/100Chinese Language H1 C 58/100Physics H1 D 52/100Econs H2 U 33.5/100Chemistry H2 U 39/100Maths H2 B 68/100chem was reallly disappointingjust 1 more markif they moderate, then surely get an S and it will look btreven if econs moderate will still Uso nth can be donebut i still have high hopes of getting promoted=Dat least its btr then getting 4 U for the june tests..alritesback to pwfinishing up the mock up sketch of our exhibition areajiayous!!byes!
